Chinese BBQ Pork
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 green onion -- halved
- 1 clove garlic -- minced
- 2 slices (12 ounces each) pork tenderloin
Mix ingredients and marinade pork for 1hr or overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350F, basting and turning every ten minutes.
