Kay Cook's Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
Ingredient One dozen Six dozen
Unprocessed bran flakes 2/3 cup 2 1/2 cups
Wheat germ 1/2 cup 2 cups
Sesame or flax seeds 1/4 cup 1 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup 2 cups
Whole wheat flour 1 1/4 cup 5 cups
Baking soda 1 tsp 5 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp 1 tsp
Eggs, beaten 1 4
Honey 1/4 cup 1 cup
Light molasses 2 Tbsp 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup 1 cup
Boiling water 1/2 cups 2 cups
Toasted chopped pecans 2 oz 8 oz

Directions: Mix dry and wet ingredients each, then combine. Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.
