Mom's Broccoli Casserole!
2 - 10oz pkgs of chopped broccoli
2 - cans of Mushroom Soup
1 - Cup mayo
Onion (grated) to taste
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
*mix all of these in a bowl...spead out evenly into a 9x13 pan.
Butter and Herb Stuffing for top.
*melt enough butter to lightly coat the Herb stuffing....spead out on top of broc stuff for topping. Bake till the cheese melts and barely starts to bubble.
There you go...enjoy.
