Dutch Baby

Ingredients:
  • 1/4C butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • Pinches salt and nutmeg

    Directions: Preheat oven and 9" cast iron pan with 1/4C butter to 475F.

    Beat eggs, then add milk and then seasoned flour.

    Remove pan and drop oven to 425F. Pour in batter and bake until center browns.
